Volunteer Institute Program
The Volunteer Insitute Program, commonly called VIP, is held annually in conjunction with International Leadership School.
VIP participants join ZBT professional staff, seasoned volunteers, and undergraduate leaders to help our newest advisors to master the art of working with brothers in the context of ZBT’s Ritual, Mission and Credo. VIP attendees will participate in both joint programming with undergraduates from the chapter/colony they advise along with programming for just chapter/colony advisors. Types of programming offered at VIP include:
- Fostering a sense of trust with our undergraduates
- Understanding how to best mentor in chapter programming, recruitment, finance, and risk management training
- Developing positive relationships with undergraduates, alumni, and administrators
- Creating the best of the best fraternity experience
- And more!
Volunteers seeking information or wishing to participate in the 2016 Volunteer Institute Program should email Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement Josh Kaufman,
