The James E. Greer, Jr. Presidents’ Leadership Academy is one of the Fraternity’s premier leadership programs. The program is intended to be an intensive leadership development program which challenges brothers to create positive change in their chapters and communities by equipping them with the necessary tools and skills.
Presidents have the opportunity to network with their peers from across the country, develop a plan for chapter/colony success and grow as a leader who can effectively manage his peers.
The Presidents’ Academy was named in honor of James E. Greer, Jr., Beta Pi (CSU-Long Beach) ’64, longtime Executive Vice President Emeritus of ZBT.
The James E. Greer, Jr. Presidents’ Leadership Academy is made possible by a generous grant from the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation. The grant is funded in part by The Shartiag/Varon Fund of the UJ-Eighty Corporation and other various donors and gifts.
Participants at the 2017 academy brought together representatives from dozens of ZBT chapters and colonies for a weekend of leadership development, networking and brotherhood bonding. The 2017 James E. Greer, Jr. Presidents' Leadership Academy and the Emerging Leaders Institute were made possible by generous grants from the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation.
