Rachel Benway

Rachel is an Ohio native who earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Capital University and also a master’s degree in student college personnel from Ohio University. Now residing in Florida, she most recently worked at the University of Central Florida with Orientation, welcoming 20,000 students to campus. In this role she supervised Orientation Leaders and ran programs alongside campus partners before joining the ZBT staff.
She enjoys camping, going to Disney, reading and watching TV series with her partner.
