Marlon brings more than two decades of experience in higher education, fraternity and sorority life, leadership development, student engagement, and organizational consulting to ZBT. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing meaningful relationships with students, volunteers, campus professionals, and fraternity and sorority leaders while helping organizations navigate complex issues with a balance of care, accountability, education, and sound judgment.
A nationally recognized speaker and facilitator, Marlon has worked with colleges, universities, fraternities, sororities, and professional organizations across the country. His programs explore leadership, human flourishing, emotional intelligence, community, networking, belonging, and the responsibility we have to care for one another.
For Marlon, fraternity is deeply personal. He is a Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and his career has been shaped by a belief in the transformative potential of the fraternity and sorority experience when organizations remain grounded in their values and committed to developing people.
Marlon resides in Georgia with his bride, Sheree, and their son, Adam Patrick. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving his community, mentoring emerging leaders, and, most importantly, building relationships with people wherever he goes.
