Brother Kirby earned a Ph.D and master’s degree from the University of Georgia in higher education administration and had several jobs on campus at UGA. Before joining the ZBT staff, he worked at several universities in leadership roles within areas such as student affairs, residence life and Fraternity and Sorority Life.
As an undergraduate brother at the University of Memphis, Ricky was Chapter President of Gamma Mu in 2013 and a semester in 2015 (when Gamma Mu was the 2014 Brummer Cup champion!) as well as Student Government Association President. Since his graduation, he served as a dedicated volunteer to the Fraternity in multiple capacities, such as Chapter Advisor to Gamma Mu, a role that allowed him to serve as a liaison to the Supreme Council.
In his free time, Brother Kirby enjoys traveling, hiking and cheering for the Memphis Grizzlies and University of Georgia Bulldogs. He lives in Indianapolis.
