About the Namesake
The academy is named in tribute to Brother Lee Dover, Alpha Delta (University of Southern California) 1925, the second Executive Secretary (now called CEO) of Zeta Beta Tau, is credited as being one of the primary architects of our Fraternity. Dover guided the Fraternity through two World Wars and the Great Depression, times that were fatal to many inter/national Greek organizations. Dover advocated that ZBT brothers were men of integrity and men of learning and to honor his legacy, this program connects brothers from across dozens of chapters.
Attendance Policy
- Dover Days: All chapters and prospective chapters must have at least four brothers at a Dover Day. Two must be on the Executive Board (any role). You may choose the Dover Day date/location that works best for you.
- If your campus is more than 350 miles away from the closest Dover Day, you are only required to send two delegates. If you need assistance with accommodations or travel, please contact Director of Education and Chapter Development Kristin Fouts at kfouts@zbtnational.org.
This program is made possible in part by the generous support of the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation. To learn more about your Foundation, please visit zbtfoundation.org.
