ZBT wants to ensure new officers are set up for success and can their new job well, so early in the year we plan officer education to support chapter leaders.

The Virtual Officers Institute is a REQUIRED officer training program for the following Director roles: Operations, Programming, Finance, Standards, Communications, Brotherhood Development, Risk Prevention & Wellness, and Recruitment. Chapter Advisors should also plan to participate. it is a Standards of Excellence point.

Chapter Presidents: VOI does not have a Presidents’ track. The only Chapter Presidents’ education this spring is at the James E. Greer, Jr. Presidents’ Leadership Academy over Jan. 9-11. Register here.
