On March 22 every year, Zeta Beta Tau proudly celebrates the life and legacy of Roger Williams, the founder of Rhode Island who was committed to religious freedom and equality. Williams is a central theologian who was dedicated to the principles of religious freedom and equality for all. ZBT chapters are encouraged to host an educational event such as a panel discussion with different ethnicities and religions, performing community service at a place of worship or bringing a speaker to campus.
