Landing an internship or full-time job takes more than just a degree — and your ZBT experience and connections can give you that edge. ZBT’s Dover Days program this spring will have a focus on career development and professional advancement for undergraduates.

The program will help ZBTs thrive in a professional setting, including résumé discussion, networking skills, personal branding and interviews. All chapters and prospective chapters must have at least four brothers at a Dover Day. Two must be on the Executive Board (any role). You may choose the Dover Day date/location that works best for you.

Alumni mentors needed! ZBT is asking alumni to volunteer to speak with current undergraduates — and join ZBT for lunch — at the program.
