Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is excited to announce the hiring of two new team members and the promotion of a current staffer in recent weeks.

CHRIS WILLIAMS

Chris is a native of South Carolina who earned a bachelor’s degree from Lander University as well as an MBA from Western Governor’s University. As Director of Organizational Growth, he will provide strategic and operational support to grow the Brotherhood in both current and future chapters. RACHEL BENWAY

Rachel has a master’s degree in student college personnel from Ohio University. She now resides in sunny Florida. As Assistant Director of Chapter Services, she will provide direct operational support to ZBT’s chapters and officers. ANDREA (SMITHSON) BENEK

As she approaches 10 years as an interfraternal communications professional, Andrea is proud to continually grow as part of the ZBT International Headquarters team. She has served as a leader for ZBT in functional areas of communications, event management, technology, customer service and alumni engagement, and now her efforts are being recognized with a promotion. In this newly created role, Chief of Staff, Andrea will serve as team lead for a variety of projects and operational needs for the Fraternity.
