Three Brothers join Headquarters staff
CARMEL, Indiana — Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is excited to welcome three new brothers to the ZBT International Headquarters team.
- Jonathan H. Levin, Alpha Kappa (University of Wisconsin-Madison) 2002, has been hired as Director of the Alumni Experience.
- Jonathan D. Colon, Delta Eta (Lynn University) 2010, is serving as Associate Director of Chapter Development.
- Jalan H. Huffman, Gamma Mu (University of Memphis) 2023, has moved into a full-time role as Growth Project Manager.
“This is a major step supporting the Fraternity’s future. The hiring of these alumni will have a strong immediate impact on the Zeta Beta Tau experience,” said Chief Executive Officer Libby Anderson, CAE. “These team members will be fantastic resources to brothers of all ages. They all have an incredible enthusiasm for the greatness of the ZBT Brotherhood.”

As Director of the Alumni Experience, Brother Levin will work to grow the alumni events and programs offered through ZBT International Headquarters and bring additional depth to alumni engagement opportunities. In this role, Brother Levin will provide support to the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation and its donors as well.
He has dedicated over two decades to working or volunteering in the nonprofit sector, with roles at Jewish Family Services, Zeta Beta Tau Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, National Football Foundation and the Fiesta Bowl. During his undergraduate years at the University of Wisconsin, Brother Levin was a Founding Father of the Alpha Kappa Chapter, serving as Chapter President for two terms.

Jonathan D. Colon, Delta Eta (Lynn University) 2010
Brother Colon’s job as Associate Director of Chapter Development will be to provide exceptional service to our undergraduate chapters and support and develop chapter officers. Tactically, this means he is one of two main points of contact for chapter support and resources, scheduling and leading campus visits and programs, brotherhood development through THE JOURNEY and operations.
Brother Colon earned his bachelor’s degree in business and aviation management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, in 2010, before traveling down the road to Davie to earn his master’s degree in college student affairs from Nova Southeastern University. He was a Founding Father of the Delta Eta Chapter and Chapter President during the time of its chartering. Before coming to work at ZBT, he held several positions within the sales, hospitality and aviation industries.

Jalan H. Huffman, Gamma Mu (University of Memphis) 2023
As Growth Project Manager, Brother Huffman has been securing the future of the Fraternity through individual and new Prospective Chapter recruitment since he started in a part-time role earlier in 2024. His work at UNC-Chapel Hill and University of Virginia so far has set up these two new Prospective Chapters starting in fall for strong starts. As of July, Brother Huffman has accepted a full-time role in the Growth Department.
Brother Huffman is a recent graduate from the University of Memphis with a degree in archaeology and commercial aviation. He is a past Operations Director, Recruitment Director and Standards Director of the Gamma Mu Chapter. He has his pilot’s license and loves flying himself to new places to try new foods and also enjoys playing the guitar.
