Two Brothers join Headquarters staff

CARMEL, Indiana — Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is excited to welcome two new brothers to the ZBT International Headquarters team.

  • Julian D. Albright, Epsilon Mu (University of Kansas) 2023, has been hired as Assistant Director of Heritage Programs and Partner Relations.
  • Najji T. Greene, Delta Iota (University of Central Florida) 2024, is serving as Growth Coordinator.

“We are excited to have these two young alumni bring their experience and passion for the ZBT Brotherhood to the team,” said Chief Executive Officer Libby Anderson, CAE.

Julian D. Albright, Epsilon Mu (University of Kansas) 2023

As Assistant Director of Heritage Programs and Partner Relations, Brother Albright will be ZBT’s manager for Jewish community partners, philanthropy programs, hate prevention efforts and heritage education.

Brother Albright is from St. Louis, Missouri, and graduated from KU with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in education. During his time at KU, he served his chapter as Provost, and was involved with the psychology department and employed as a Student Ambassador. Since graduating, he has worked at IU Hillel in Bloomington, Indiana, as Greek Life Director and Director of Student Engagement, where he earned a Rising Star Award from Hillel International.

In his free time, Julian enjoys watching and keeping up with college basketball, spending time outside, and hanging out with friends.

Najji T. Greene, Delta Iota (University of Central Florida) 2024

Brother Greene’s job as Growth Coordinator is to support the expansion of the Fraternity through Prospective Chapter development and Founding Father recruitment. He has provided immediate leadership on the Phi Chapter re-start at the University of Michigan alongside other growth and Founding Father opportunities.

Brother Greene graduated from the University of Central Florida in December 2024 after he served as Delta Iota Chapter President. He is a native of the Orlando area. He can be reached at ngreene@zbtnational.org or 317-275-8302.
