ZBT is excited to offer a variety of in-person and virtual experiences to support brothers, chapters and communities. We offer virtual programming for brothers and friends of ZBT ranging from drop-in sessions to chat with other brothers, to virtual brotherhood events, leadership events, to panels with different philanthropic organizations. Understanding Human Bias
Through personal assessment, group discussion, and multimedia, participants will define bias and honestly reflect upon one’s own biases (both explicit and implicit). Participants will gain an understanding that even though bias is automatic, with practice we can learn to change our thinking to allow a fuller, more nuanced understanding of others. REGISTER HERE
Social Identities and Systems of Oppression
Through personal assessment, group discussion, and multimedia, participants will learn about social injustice, discrimination and oppression. Participants will dialogue about oppression and their sense of responsibility to effect social change. REGISTER HERE
