Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is excited to announce the hiring of three new team members and the promotion of two returning staffers in recent weeks.

“Our team has an incredible passion for Zeta Beta Tau and ability to generate ideas for ways they can support our brothers,” Chief Executive Officer Libby Anderson, CAE, said. “I am excited for the future of our organization with leaders like these working toward a better Brotherhood.”

Molly Bennett

ZBT’s new Director of the Undergraduate Experience, Molly Bennett, has a robust professional background rooted in facilitating successful chapter culture, creating a safe environments and fostering a sense of belonging among fraternity and sorority members. She has a master’s degree from Oklahoma State University and is based in Stillwater.  Molly can be reached at mbennett@zbtnational.org for questions or notes of welcome.

 

Rebeca Greenfield

Rebeca is a  native of South Carolina who earned a master’s degree in higher education from the University of South Carolina. As Assistant Director of Chapter Services, she will provide direct operational support to ZBT’s chapters and officers. Kimberly Dolbeer

Kim is a central Indiana native who brings a variety of professional skills to the team. In her role as Membership Services Manager, she will assist brothers with roster and new initiate reporting and serves as ZBT’s database expert. Congratulations

Jake Langohr

Brother Jacob C. Langohr, Eta Tau (University of Iowa) 2019, is well-known and highly regarded among brothers for his work for ZBT in the past three years, and accordingly he recently received a promotion. In his new role as Assistant Director of Organizational Growth, Brother Langohr focus on growing the Brotherhood through recruitment education and development for chapters. Craig Rowley

Craig Rowley has had a dynamic impact on the Fraternity in his first year on staff, and his efforts are being recognized with a promotion. In this newly created role, Director of Education and Engagement, Craig will take the lead on creating and modernizing educational experiences offered to all undergraduate and alumni ZBTs.
