Staff updates at ZBT headquarters

CARMEL, Indiana — Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is excited to welcome three new brothers to the ZBT International Headquarters team and announce the promotion of a fourth.

  • Robby J. Landry, Eta Xi (University of North Carolina at Charlotte) 2025, Growth Coordinator
  • Caleb Wyrick, Gamma Mu (University of Memphis) 2025, Assistant Director of Conduct and Risk Prevention
  • Matthew I. Pardo, Sigma (Tulane University) 2025, Postgraduate Fellow
  • Jalan H. Huffman, Gamma Mu (University of Memphis) 2023, has been promoted to Assistant Director of Growth.

“These team members will be fantastic resources to current and future brothers. We are proud to grow the professional staff with more engaged, eager young alumni who play a critical role in supporting the Brotherhood,” said Chief Executive Officer Libby Anderson, CAE.


Robby J. Landry, Eta Xi (University of North Carolina at Charlotte) 2025

As Growth Coordinator, Brother Landry will work to secure the future of the Fraternity through individual and new Prospective Chapter recruitment.  He will use marketing and development skills to grow the Brotherhood through future brothers and chapters.

Brother Landry is a recent graduate from UNC-Charlotte with a degree in business and marketing. He is a past Standards Director of the 2024 Brummer Cup-winning Chapter.

Caleb Wyrick, Gamma Mu (University of Memphis) 2025

As Assistant Director of Conduct and Risk Prevention, Brother Wyrick is responsible for managing all aspects of the conduct process including: corresponding with universities, managing investigations, reporting, overseeing the accountability and rehabilitation process and supporting brothers in risk and conduct situations.

Brother Wyrick graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance with a minor in supply chain management, from the University of Memphis. He is a past Chapter President of Gamma Mu. Besides ZBT, he spent the last two years of his college career working for the University as an Associate Justice within the SGA’s Judicial Branch, voting member of the Student Conduct Committee within the Office of Student Accountability and a case manager for Parking and Transportation Services. Born in Knoxville, he considers Memphis his hometown. His favorite hobbies are reading, listening to video essays, collecting vinyl records, gaming and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.

Matthew I. Pardo, Sigma (Tulane University) 2025

Brother Pardo graduated from Tulane University with a degree in business management. He served the Fraternity as an Undergraduate Supreme Council representative from 2023-2025. At Tulane, he was involved with Chabad on Campus and played club baseball. He is from Los Angeles.

As a Fellow, he will provide support to a variety of chapters in their operations and brotherhood development, as well as providing assistance on some growth and expansion projects.

Jalan H. Huffman, Gamma Mu (University of Memphis) 2023

Brother Huffman has had a dynamic impact on the Fraternity and directly assisted hundreds of Founding Fathers and undergraduate brothers in the past 15 months. His efforts are being recognized with a promotion. As Assistant Director of Growth, Jalan will have additional responsibilities in growing chapters and forging leaders.

Alex Hoffman, Delta Xi (Virginia Tech) 2026

For summer, ZBT IHQ has hired an intern, Brother Hoffman, based out of the IHQ office. Brother Hoffman is working on outreach for potential brothers and the growth and expansion projects. He also will join us at International Convention.
