Welcome 2024-2026 Undergraduate Supreme Councilors

Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is proud to announce three brothers have been appointed to serve as Undergraduate Supreme Councilors on the governing board of directors of the Fraternity.

ZBT reserves four voting director roles for student leaders. Undergraduate Supreme Councilors are the voice for all undergraduate brothers on the Supreme Council. They are full voting members participating in the governance of the Fraternity.

Newly appointed brothers are:

2024-2026 term

Ben Booganim, Gamma Tau (Arizona State University) 2026

Brother Booganim is Communication Director at Gamma Tau. Originally from Redmond, Washington, he is majoring in computer science at ASU. He’s involved in several Israel causes and organizations, Hillel, the local ADL and represents Gamma Tau on the IFC.

“I am very dedicated to my chapter and bettering the overall Zeta Beta Tau community. Growing up in an Israeli military household, my parents taught me what being a gentleman is all about. It is important we hold our brothers to that standard because they are representing who we are and what our brand is.”

Braydon G. Repsold, Zeta Alpha (Florida State University) 2027

Brother Repsold is Risk Prevention & Wellness Director for the Zeta Alpha Prospective Chapter. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, he’s majoring in political science at Florida State and he’s among the Jewish Student Union leadership.

Being a ZBT chapter leader “has been my most influential and fulfilling leadership role yet. I have gotten more in touch with my Jewish heritage with the help of the national Fraternity. I want to have my voice heard and create positive change.”

2023-2025 term

Starting their second year of service are two seniors.

Benjamin W. Cook, Epsilon Mu (University of Kansas) 2025

Brother Cook is Chapter President of Epsilon Mu. Originally from Dallas, he’s majoring in Marketing and Jewish Studies at KU. Besides ZBT, he’s a Student Ambassador and Business School Ambassador and on the club lacrosse team.

To qualify for service, councilors must be a brother in good standing and have a graduation date no earlier than two years after the annual International Convention. Undergraduate Supreme Councilors are selected by the International President after a rigorous application and interview process. For the 2023-2025 term, ZBT was fortunate to have many great candidates and we thank everyone who applied. Applications for next year (2025-2027 terms) will open in spring.
